Hey I am asking this for a female friend of mine...
She was told by one of her professors that when women consume a fair ammount of liquor that it raises their test. levels by 5 times, which is also why many become sexually aroused after having several drinks....
Her question is this, if this is true, wouldn't it be a half-way good idea to lift after having a couple of drinks. I told her no, that the booze will lower protien synthesis and that if this is the case, it would probably have to be a lot of liquor and then she would be lifting drunk, but as being I am a male I have NO idea how a woman's body reacts to what.
Also, if not lift half way liquored up, what about afterwards. Once again I told her no and once again, I know didly about womens inner workings.
Thankyou for any and all help,
