Sure thing, heres one , i took this to guage my progress ,its a huge improvement from the time i was released from the hospital.
I'm 175 there only 45 lbs more to go.

Thanks! me too, its this diet they have me on,i have to eat 10 tiny meals everyday so it doesn't interfer with my meds.
