i just started doing rack deads today, and i'm definitely liking them. I'm doing DC training and my last deadlift workout was 15x265 (RP), and I easily did 12x315 on rack deads today. It's great to see that extra weight coming up. i can't wait to see this carry over to normal deads.
anyone else make use of rack deads? i know they're popular with the powerlifters here, but any bodybuilders find benefit in them?
