R-ala. What exactly does it do?

I've seen a lot of people mention r-ala on these boards, but the information never really seems consistent. Can someone tell me a little bit about it? What is it used for? Do you use it instead of Nolva? Do you use it after a cycle? Etc? Thanks!
 
Thanks Ulter! Is there a "best" time for using it? ie - after a cycle, during a cyle, year-round? And does it really work that well? Thanks!
 
Guys, it's good stuff. I'd tell you to do a search on it, but the higher powers on this board took that away from us non-plat's :rolleyes: .

Anyway, use it before carb meals, 100mg per 30-50 carbs....Personaly I like to dose on the higher side so I'll use 200mg per 50ish grams of carbs.

ALA or alpha lipoic acid is an antioxidant. antioxidants protect your body from all the shit you do to it. you should deffinetly be using this stuff if you are on a cycle for its liver protection and nutrient partioning like ulter described to you. fuck, even if you not on a cycle you can use this stuff to get shredded while keeping your muscles full at the same time. there's not a day that goes by i dont use it. lata

Exactly the reasons I use it: it is a super antioxidant. I have read articles describing its use to heal damaged livers.

I take it 2x's a day. With breakfast and lunch.

ive only been takin it for 2 days now, and i can eat a meal, then 20 minutes later im starving again. im dietin right now, so meals are on the smaller side.

has anyone found it to increase hunger.
