yeah, deffinetly take ala after your workouts....immediately. what i do is this: four scoops of gatorade powdermix. open up one or two capsules of ala@200mgs per. 10grams glutamine and some protein powder( whey ) this is on the same level as cell tech but alot cheaper and a hell of alot more effictive. the ala will tickle your throat but your not a pussy.
