Depending on your size you can handle well over 2cc's in the glutes and quads. Hell some members here have done 2cc's and up in their delts. I wouldnt consider myself a big guy. Little over 5'9 @ 200 and I do 3cc's on a regular basis in my quads and glutes. I've done 2cc's in the delts but i'd prefer to avoid it if possible.
