I have been shooting in the quads only. Any reason to rotate different muscles other then quads? Is absorption the same if I keep rotating between left and right quads?
 
If your only giving yourself one shot in each quad a week you should be okay. But if your giving yourself 3 or more shots a week; you should rotate between glutes, delt, quads, and maybe bi's an tri's. I thought absorbtion is better in the glutes because it a large muscle, but I maybe wrong.
