quick question regarding female fat loss

My girl is interested in getting a little leane..Needles to say she is slim 5'6 124 lbs she just wants to tighten up a little bit what would be good products for her to take.I was considering picking up some yoshimburn for her but would just like some advice, it's one thing for me to try shit out on myself but I dont want to put bullshit in her thanks for any info

If she has stubborn fat pockets then yohimburn is a good choice.

there are other options based on what exactly her "needs" are.

ie
looking to amp up the workout/cardio and fat loss then Cardio Breeze or Thermorexin
carb issues then glucorell
less than clean diet- sesapure (can be used as fat loss aid and "damage control")

etc...
