Quick Question about PCT..

Im currently on week 6 of a 10 weeker of 500mg Test E , and 3 weeks of winny 50mg ed starting next week. I have only a few clomid left , and a ton of nolvadex left along with AIFM , my question is can I substitute the Nolva for the Clomid *hate the sides* , if so what should the dosages be/for how long and do I need HCG? I <3 HCG

nolvadex is fine, thats wat i use. as for hcg, thats overkill for such a mild cycle, but if you think you need it, go for it.

its OK, but generally reccomend clomid in addition 50mg (no frontload for 14-28 days)

no problem. frontloading really provides very little benefit and causes most of the sides that people complain about.

going to get flamed for this but after my low dose cycle ive hopped on:

For Test:
Long Jack, Tribulus, Avena Sativa

For Depression/Energy:
ALCAR, ALTYR

Estrogen:
AIFM 2x day

Weight:
CEE, Arginine, Orthinine (AAKG, OHCL)

So far this stack has been doing great for me. About 3 weeks out feel and look better than I did while on (400mg cyp, 8 weeks)... down maybe 3 lbs max (flucuates). Try not to flame for this -- just wanted to share. Ive always done nolva in the past and it has given me sides and depression (although probably not the nolva directly) so I wanted to try something new.

there is nothing wrong with that stack for PCT
the addition of low dose clomid would make it better.
tribulus is good for libido and erectile response (though it does nothing to restore the HPGA)


as a note- nolva causes depression in about 1/3 of users (clinical trials) and libido loss in about the same #.

yes. in low doses its definitely not suppressive (research and anecdotally supported). Still looking at the high dose research.

Would oral DHEA be beneficial in PCT? I understand that AIFM has DHEA in it... so would that be enough?

yes. though still a little leary on dosing reccomendations due to wide oral bioavailability as well as less known about higher doses in a HPGA suppressed system (as opposed to a system lacking substrate)

you can add more, its really a matter of response. Most people seem to like AIFM alone just fine.
