Quick question about dips...

I give arms their own day. I do lean forward dips for chest... upright for tris on arm day. They don't seem to conflict.

It's sort of like how you can do bench on chest day and close grip bench on arm day.
 
Yea the reason I ask is because I have a chest only day and a shoulder/tri day. Today was my shoulders/tri so I wanted to know what position would target tris more because i would like to work chest at the least. However, I did feel a small pump in my chest after todays workout after dips and close grip bench.
 
If one wants to do dips I recommend them first in a wrokout since they tax the shoulders a lot. Many people get injured cause they do them ballistically instead of with slow control cadence. I love doing them for tris nice and slow and enjoy the pain
