Quick PCT Confusion

Hope someone can help,

I've been running Sustanon for nearly 12 weeks now and HCG for the last 4 weeks at 250ml twice a week.
I've read that I should take my last dose of HCG on the same day as my last injection of Sust and then it's just Tamoxifen if needed. Others say I should wait 3 weeks after my last Sust injection before starting. Which is it?

I would personally start nolva 7 days after last sus inject maybe even sooner because you also have been running hcg throughout your cycle jmo

I've started it already, 30mgs a day to control my gyno.
