Ok, quick question, on wednesday my routine is like this:
superset - Close Grip Bench 5x5/Barbell Curl 5x5
superset - Skullcrusher 2x10/Preacher Curl 2x10
superset - Lying Extensions 2x8/Concentration Curls 2x8

now, how should I go about rest? Like, do close grip, wait 2 mins, do barbell curl, wait 2 mins, do close grip etc? and for the other 2 exercise supersets, wait like 1 1/2 mins and switch?

I would make sure you rest enough between the 5X5 exercises to make sure you complete your reps. Anything else IMO can be done with 30 second rests.
