im due to go in for my 2nd shot of B12 today and last night I took my first injection of test 250 in my right buttox.. its still a bit sore.. is it ok to get the b12 in the same buttox? or just show the other side for the shot??? quic answer please appointment is 2 hours aaway!!

You can do two shots a week in the same spot. From what I was told. I do two shots a week in one spot.

If its still sore then just shoot it in the other glute. I woudln't shoot it in the same one. let it rest, by the time you shoot the other glute atleast it will be a few days. GL bro.
