quick gyno question, my search is limited

I'm almost sure I'm getting gyno, nipple area is soar as hell, and red too? I'm not sure why its red..i got a pimple on it yesterday, but that area hurts like hell, I'm almost sure its gyno, plus i feel a small lump there. I just recently came off a test / winstrol cycle. I used Armidex througout whole cycle. Anyways, as of now im taking 40mg of nolva and 1mg of armidex..

Is it possible to reverse these effects wth continued use of nolva ? ANything else i should take? or is it impossible already to get rid of the small lump and surgery would probably be the only option? thanks in advance - str8cubano

Keep taking your tamoxifen (Nolvadex). You can use 40-60mg/day in divided doses...say every 5-7 hours. After symptoms subside, you can lower the dose to 20-40 mgs/daily in divided doses. Expect to continue tamoxifen treatment for up to 3-4 months. Complete remission is possible. Don't take anything else (like anabolics) that may aggravate the gynecomastia.during this course (or plan on being on tamoxifen for longer).
