LOL...I had gyno surgery back in 2001...from test suspension..nasty shit.. now as a precaution...no matter what... I take .25 adex EOD...

2 weeks into a sust/eq/winny cycle I noticed a bit of nipple tenderness/soreness. Took .25mg adex and that took care of it for now. What is the generally accepted protocol at this point? .25 eod for the rest of the cycle or just titrate it as needed dependent on bloat/soreness/sandy vagina?

adex doesnt cut estrogen down nearly enough to halt progress, especially .5 2 times a week. no way. letro, definately. adex cuts estrogen by 58%. thats not enough to cause issues, unless you count water weight and estrogen related weight gain as gains.
