yes showering a few times a day is importnant....chlorinated water is good tanning, and pantothentic acid (b5) work wonders ffor me....dbol broike me out all ov er my back, face and mostly arms..i started taking the b5 at like 8 grams a day...and everything has cleared up..i highly recommend it esp. its only 10 bucks at gnc

ocean water is the best man...way better than any good shower...the salt clears out all the oils and bacteria, so your skin is clean and dry...also, you can tan while at the beach
