When cutting, I've heard to decrease caloric intake by 300 every 11 days. Would this work over a 71-day program for weight loss?
To figure out daily caloric requirements, you would multiply bodyweight by 15, correct?
When cutting, you would start out doing cardio 3x/week for 30 minutes, at a low to moderate intensity. When do you increase it, and by how much?
