It seems over the years when i stop and start training again my chest muscles begin to sag. Is there any real reason this happens other than the obvious of the muscle breaking down and not being built back up? I would really like this to stop so what should i do? Ive trained cardio but i wasnt lifting then and didnt see any good results. could this just be a cutting problem and stick to lifting moderate to heavy then just do cardio afterwards? thanks for the help.
