Questions about Winstrol V

Hello, I am 28 years old and am considering doing a cycle of Winstrol V. I am trying to find out if anyone has suggestions on how to achieve the best results possible. As far as diet, dosage and how often, should I be lifting lighter wieght and more reps or heavier weght and less reps. What part of the body should I be injecting into? And any other suggestions you may have.:confused:
 
We need more info there. What are your stats, current diet, current training regimine, and what is your goal? More muscle? less fat?

On a general note, since you're not afraid of needles you'll want to run a small dosage of testosterone with the winni to maintain libido and other normal function.

Also, winni needs to be injected every day and the injections are painful. Because of this, most guys just drink winni.
 
First I would like to thank you guys for your time and consideration on helping me out. I would also like to apoligize for the length of this but I want to provide you with as much info as I can so you understand exactly where I'm at.

I am 28 years old 6' 1" 210 lbs. I work out 6 days week for apox 1 hr a day. The regimine I am doing is geared towards shedding fat quick and building muscle if I choose to use heavier wieght and less reps witch is what I have been doing. This is the routine d1=chest&back d2= plyometrics (jump training/cardio) d3= shoulders&arms d4= extreme yoga d5=legs&back d6=kempo training (cardio) d7=rest or stretching what ever I choose. I usally rest. I also play basketball for 1.5hrs on d2&d4 and every other d6. Basketball is kinda like an extra cardio work out for me on those days. Does this regimine seem to be okay?

My diet consists (9 -3oz. servings) a day of any of these meats: turkey breast, chicken, ham, steak, fish from time to time, very lean ground beef, lots of egg whites, string cheese made with skim milk, two pieces of fruit every day, 2 cups of veggies with lunch and dinner usally tomatos, green beans, or cooked carrots. For my carbs I either eat 3 plain pancakes or 1cup of cherrios in the morning. For Bevrages I mainly drink water aprox. 1 gallon a day. I also drink 1-8 fl.oz. protein shake a day bout .5hr before my workout. The only other beverage I drink is skim milk and I only drink between 8-16 fl. oz a day. So in all I eat for breakfast 3 pancakes or 1 cup of cherrios 2 pieces of fruit 8 fl.oz. of skim milk. Then a snack (3 egg whites or 3 sting cheese). Then for lunch I eat 13.5 oz of meat, 2 cups of veggies. Then another snack (3 egg whites or 3 string cheese). Then for dinner I eat 13.5 oz. of meat, 2 cups of veggies. My diet totals about 3000 calories a day. Does this diet seem to be what I need to be eating?

My goal is to burn off this fat with out taking to much away from my ability to gain more mucsle. I geuss my real goal is to have the best of both worlds. Burn fat and gain mucsle. I dont believe I have to much fat to burn off. I did this regimine last fall and dropped from 205 lbs. down to 190 lbs. in 5 weeks. Last fall before I started my body fat % was at 16.8 and a the end of 5 weeks I was down to 9.? I cant remember exactly but I know I damn near cut it in half. Do you think it would be better to wait untill I reach those stats again? Last fall I kind of got side tracked with my divorce so thats why I only completed five weeks. Also, I dont think I will be able to stack this with TEST because of my current cash flow. Do I really need to stack with TEST? I also hear that winny gives you bad acne. Is this true? Also what can I expect my temper to do while I'm taking it?
 
OK, winni will help you maintain muscle while you shed fat. Based on you weight and lifestyle, you probably burn around 3,500 calories/day. If you cut that to 2,500, you will lose 2 lb per week. So a 6 week cycle at that calorie level will take off 12 lbs. You don't want to go below that calorie level or your metabolism could slow down and you won't lose as much weight.

It's a good idea to run a little bit of test with the winni to maintain your libido but it's not absolutely necessary. Your call. Winni may give you some acne but it's not the worst steriod for that. Will probably not affect your temper at all.

High weight, low reps is for getting stronger, won't necessarily help you burn fat. If you're never done it before, 8x8's are a great way to butn fat and possible gain more muscle at the same time. Basically you take about 60% of the weight you'd use in a 3x10 routine, and do 8 sets of 8 reps with only 30seconds rest between sets. It's an absolute bitch.

Also, instead of straight cardio, sprints are better at burning fat. Essentially that's what you are doing when playing basketball.
 
Okay I have received my winny and I took your advice about the test and picked up some of that. I have 5ml of oil based winny that is 50mg per ml. (clear and has like little fibers in it sound right?) This vial Exp. in June of 09' so I need to use this first. I also have a vial of waterbased winny which contains 10 ml that is 100mg per ml. ( white and milky lookn). I also have 6 cc of test. Do you or anybody else have suggestions on the dosage I should be taking and how often? I dont mean to sound like an idiot but this is my first time and I want to do it correctly. Please Respond! Thanks!
 
One bit of advice is that I would revise the diet a bit to eat foods with less sodium. Ham and such meats are loaded with sodium and will make you retain water. You want to be as dry as possible since the Winstrol works best with a dry, low-fat body. You'll look ripped and jacked bro.

For the Winstrol, I'd suggest drinking 40-50mg e/d (50mg might be easier because you just need half a CC). What type of testosterone do you have?
 
I'm finishing up a winstrol cycle in a week. I feel as strong as an ox but i've gained a bit of weight (albeit i was trying to put on lean muscle mass) but the strength.... you'll love!!!
 
What the hell is that bro? Im not sure you should trust whatever it is you talking about. I f you got that from a legit source it would not have those three compounds in it together unless it was something you yourself mixed together. Att three of those are fine but if it is something you bought somewhere with all three I would be very weary of it. Also yo say you only have enough for a short like three or so week cycle of winny, which is too short of a cycle. Plus you said winny V which is a prohormone and if you say it has little fibers in it, thats not good. Real winny you can see it separate in the oil or water but it won't look fiberous at all. I think you should not do anything and re-evaluate your situation. You need to do some more research on your own if you seriously want to travel down this road. It sounds like your in over your head at this point and are trying to swim with no idea how to. Im sorry if this is not what you wanted to hear but it's my 2 cents.

Quick question for all: why is Winstrol Stanzolol referred to sometimes as Winny "V"? What's the V stand for?

Winstrol "V" is the old vetinary grade winstrol, which is no longer available. For some reason people have gotten used to calling it that and some people still say Winstrol V even when referring to UG lab gear or Just winstrol in general.
