I'm thinking of doing a 10 week..deca at 300/test at 200 per week. I've done a few cycles before...but my training and eating habits are at there best now....i was going to use clomid after week 6 at 50 mg eod then after cycle is over 50 mg daily for a few weeks. I drink about a gallon of water a day...will this help with any water retention i may have? should i use nolvadex for the water retention? how much water retention will i have with the addition of test cyp at 200/wk...i'm going to keep my wkouts pretty much the same...high intensity supersetting for upper body and hit legs hard twice a week(my weakest area). Should this be good for a solid 15 lbs of lean muscle. Diet will consist of high protein 6-8 meals per day 300g protein per day. I'm trying to stay with my very athletic look but with about 15 lbs of muscle added. I'm 6'3 190 with 5% bf...the last time i stacked the 2 i reached 210 but with much water retention and 13% bf...my diet sucked then and i didn't drink much h20 or do the supersetts i now do.
