Ok, I need to know what to get on. I have never taken any steroid ever. I play football and run track and field and need something to get me bigger but I cant lose my speed. Im 18 and weigh about 162 or so right now. My friends suggested doing Tren by itself or test-e/dbol, but I need some advice on what to take so I can gain but not slow down, thanks.

Thats what most ppl tell me, Im too young. But honestly, I have the best high school strength program in the state and I have a good diet and I take whey, creatine, you name it, I've tried it, I just cant put weight on...I just HAVE to get bigger and lots of my team mates have taken AAS and have gained TONS. I know its not "safe" at this age, but HAVE to be around 180-190 before next season starts, pref. by the summer...so any cycles would be helpful. Thanks

soory bro--if you do some research you will realize that doing gear at your age is a bad, bad idea. your friends may do it, but take it from us--bros who have done gear for some time--in some cases longer than you have been alive, and you should be able to grow ike a weed with proper diet and hardcore workouts--if you are not growing--it is your diet or workout.

your freinds that suggested a tren cycle clearly have no clue as to what they are talking about
 
Whoever told you to take trenbolone by itself needs a punch in the mouth for being a total dumbass. This is exactly why kids shouldn't be playing with steroids.

FOOD, would be a start. Then post up your workout program and your HEIGHT and body fat%.
 
Dude, no flame but 18 is too young. It sounds like you will keep asking until you get the answer you want. The advice you are getting is solid and is coming from some well-known vets. You have ENOUGH NATURAL TEST AT 18 TO POWER A JET!!!!!! And I agree with perryscoon. Only an idiot would advise Tr3n as a first cycle for anyone at any age!

Mark my words, if you start out now (with the knowledge you have and the dumbass advice you are getting) your nads will burn out and BB will be a distant memory for you by age 25.

I honestly eat well (better than 99.9% of highschoolers), 6 meals a day usually 310-320 of protiens a day..WAY more than 3,500 calories..A little side-note on my metabolism, this summer, during football workouts, along with eating great and taking Cellmass and Syntha-6, I drank 4/6lbs. jugs of ABB weight gainer just to give it a try, not much sugar, roughly 1290 cal. per serving and 32g protien...and I managed to gain a whopping 5 pounds over the whole summer lol...Like I said above we have the best highschool football (not bodybuilding) strength coaches in the south and have sent many many players to college and the NFL. I am 5'11" - 6'0" and 4.0-4.5% body fat

have u gotten a scholarship to a DIV I school for football?
 
I WISH I could gain 5lbs in one summer. I think I'm doing great if I gain 3 lbs a year. For reals, if you make a good college or pro-team, then maybe it would be worth it. I am betting right now you are still in HS.

I was the same size you are now 24 months ago (195 now). However I do not see you gaining 30+lbs by next season even WITH AAS if you can’t add weight with your current diet. I would say keep doing what you are, 5lbs is pretty good at your age considering you’re an ecto.
 
Well my dad was a big strong saftey in college, so maybe I have some more growing to do. Do any of you know when you know you have reached all you are going to natually grow? Are there any signs?

Yeah......I'm sure your diet and training are on target at 160lbs........Try eating something first.

if your genetics suggest you may grow--do not f*ck with gear--there is a chance that you could stop it from happening

I posted eariler about how much I take in. And if I eat anymore, I may make my parents broke. I know its hard to believe, but I seriously work my ass off and eat like a horse, and dont gain an ounce. Its kinda messing with my mind, because I just cant gain weight.

i read an article recently that suggested, that for people having trouble bulking, do 2 sets of light - medium squats at the beginning of everyworkout--sort of trick yiur body into an anabolic state faster than when working smaller muscle groups....i will try and find the article
 
Ok...I went to an Under Armour All-American Combine in Mobile, AL this past weekend and they tested our body fat percentage with calipers, then used this "bodpod" (similar to what they use for NFL prodays) I was like 4.3%..Here is what I usually eat.

Breakfast: 6-8 scrambled eggs, 2 packs of oatmeal, sometimes yogurt, glass of milk and a big glass of water plus GNC brand multi vitamin and Fish Oils).

Usually bring a protien bar to eat between breakfast and lunch.

Lunch: Our lunch starts at 12:25, and I usually eat whatever they are serving..plus two packs of some flavored tuna or leftovers from the night before, a small whey shake

6th Period we lift for football (im in track and field now, so I lift after track practice)..following working out I drink a large protien shake. I took some Cellmass and Endothil this past summer, but didnt see much difference.

For dinner I usually eat whatever my mom cooks and when I snack, I eat turkey breast (I can go through a pack or 2 of turkey in like an hour) and I drink a Casein protien shake about 30 min b4 i go to bed along with some GNC brand "ZMA"

Also, I gave up carbonated drinks about 6 months ago and usually jsut drink water, juices, milk, and powerade/gatorade.
 
bro no matter how much i would like to help you--i just cannot in good conscience help you do something that i think will really hurt you in the long run--esp if you dad was a bigger guy

some bros would say you are going to do i anyway might was well do it right[--the problem is there is not right way for you and you could short-circuit what could a promising athletic career---we all know guys who did not use gear who left school in june and returned a few inched or more taller and build like a brick shithouse---just keep working hard and your time will come--if not, well, talk to us them---and ignore those idiotic buds of yours--they are headed for a hard fall.

Yeah, my dad was a 6'2" 215 strong saftey coming out of high school, but your right and I trust everyones judgement on here and thats what I needed, other opinions. Now I know not to mess with the dumbasses at my school lol.

This is still not often enuf. There are at least 2 meals u r missing my friend.
 
dude listen to these guys ..they know what they are talkin about and tryin to help u.. u to young for riods and deff dont need test since u got all u need in your body.. just eat right .. lots of protein and train hard .. u will be fine .. try omegas amp02+his new creatine stacked + nelsons big blast weight gainer/protein powder and u will grow like a weed .. if u eat enough cals and a good diet

Dont do it period. If you have the best strenght program in the state then you should have no problem gaining. change your training program up a little bit always try and trick your muscles. There are different routines for what you want strenght routine and mass routines. Eat a shit load of pretein try and get most of your protein from real food only supplement protein shakes when on the go and cant get a good meal in. Do alot more research and you will learn alot stay around the boards for a few more years bro use your natty test levels and they will work fine for you. Or ive used this prohormone call testanate 50 by black dragon labs and got some nice gains with it, but prohormones are usually worse for you then aas. Research and dont use this young bro dont do it.

i would like to see a preworkout shake before 6th period.

i also doubt school lunch has changed much over the last 20 years so i would also like to see him pack lunch instead of school food.

Dude... how old are you? Just stuff your face if you wanna grow. I mean, seriously. If you wanna look like a 220 pound guy, you gotta eat like a 220 pound guy.

The quality of your diet looks great. Now work on the quantity. Don't be afraid to eat a cookie or something, ya know? It's not like you have a slow metabolism at your age/activity level/BF level. Eat. Eat. EAT!

By the way, you can inject all the steroids you want, too. If you don't have the caloric intake, they aren't gonna do you much good.

whey isolate. i like optimum nutrition but the brand isnt super important just dont buy the shit from walmart. go to your local bb supplement/health food store (GNC if u have to) to get you something in the mean time and then find someplace online that is cheaper. you want something that has 20+ grams per serving. you will be taking 2 servings. some powders list the 2 serving amount of protein. i love the fact that u r taking a casein shake b4 bed, exactly what i do.

Carb sources: rolled oats, whole wheat (make sure ingredients state whole wheat and not that enriched shit) - pasta, ezekial bread (not likely to find this at walmart. will have to go to specialty health food store) etc., sweet potatoe, whole grain rice, fresh veggies, fruits

Protein sources - eggs (mostly whites with a few yolks), red meat (ground & steak), boneless skinless chicken, ground turkey, fish - tilapia, salmon, etc., nuts, seafood (if u like it) - shrimp, scallops, crab.

Snacks - natural peanut butter

These are just a few ideas. The key is variety and finding combos you like.

Its hard to eat what I need because I have 6 people in my family (3 younger brothers and sisters), grocery shopping takes a chunk to feed everyone here lol...but since i cant have steak and lobster every night, what meats or sources of protiens would you suggest? Something I could cook myself even and take to lunch at school.

Hard boiled eggs are pretty portable and cheap, nice weapon against the brothers and sisters. :evil:

yup. You are not eating enough...PERIOD! The number one reason people don't grow is they are not eating enough.

a protein bar between breakfast and lunch? I'm assuming you start school around 7:30ish? You eat breakfast at 6:30? 7:00? And lunch is at 12:25? That's 5.5 to 6 hours between meals and you think you cannot possibly eat any more because of that little 3oz. protein bar you're "stuffing" into your pie hole at 10:15? Come on.

As for shakes, I would say you need more of a meal replacement style (high calorie, high protein, high carbs, lower fat). You don't know how to eat. You need to start counting calories, grams of protein and grams of carbs. Number one goal is to make sure you are getting 2.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. Number two, since you are VERY active, you need a LOT of carbs...so count carbs. Try to get in 1000 grams of carbs/day. Not too worried about fats, just make sure you get them. Don't eat carbs and fats in the same meal if you can help it. You said you take fish oil? Keep taking it. Add a couple tablespoons of olive oil to your nighttime casein shake (no carbs in that shake - except the small amount in the milk if you mix it with milk).

Damn, there's so much more too. Just eat the fuck out of everything. Eat every 2 hours...EVERY TWO HOURS! EAT EVERY TWO HOURS! Did you get that part about every 2 hours? You're eating for function, not enjoyment or taste or anything else. You've got a big job to do and a short time to do it in.

I'd like to see what these strength trainers have you doing too. I'd recommend a Bill Starr 5x5 for what you're doing and your goals. It's a program designed for football players in mind. Main thing is PROGRESSION. Do you keep a logbook? A journal of your lifts? What lifts you did, pounds moved, # sets, # reps, etc.? You should be!! How else will you know if your lifts are progressing or not? Weight is something that can be measured. You want to increase your weight moved on each lift each time you perform it. Even if you only put 5 more pounds on the bar, you are progressing. You need to get serious about this instead of looking for the easy, shortcut way of steroids. You will short-change yourself ultimately if you start juicing now.

Get back to me with some answers to these things.

It almost appears as if u want us to do all the work for ya and spoon feed ya all the answers. Diet, Training, AAS, are all topics that are not done justice in a single thread. Like said numerous times in the thread concentrate on the diet first, which it appears as if u r heading that way. Eat every two hours. I would limit you shakes to pre & post workout and before bed. Get real meals for the other 5 or 6 meals. Invest in a big cooler that can hold a shit load of food. I wouldn't worry too much about the leaness of meats, fat intake, and the like. If your metabolism is so high u just need to eat. Shoot for 50 grams of protein every meal and stuff yourself with carbs.

You mention earlier in this thread about loading up on weight gain shakes over the summer during training and gained 5 pounds. Have u tried a similar approach in your off season where your caloric expenditure is not so high?

dont let me discourage u from asking questions. just have ideas. instead of asking for an 8 meal layout for your diet by us propose one and we will critique and help the best we can, etc etc etc

to create some things from scratch can be very time consuming thats all

Lots of great stuff around here. Use the search function. Head over to the diet forum. If you're the type that needs structure or you'll lapse on your eating, get yourself a watch with an alarm you can set for every two hours. Plan out some meals, carry a cooler, eat every two hours. I say you can do 2-3 (or even 4) shakes a day. Eating enough solid foods can take some getting used to. It can be a lot easier to get in an extra 50-60 grams protein in a shake rather than a dry chicken breast or 8 oz of steak. You can get a good 600+ cals. in a decent meal replacement (like CtyoGainer - tastes good too), and then you've got some carbs in there too. You need a lot of carbs with as active as you are and as fast as your metaboism is. Get to eatin boy!!! :)
