Im planning on starting a 3x5......so im doing that m,w,f.

im a hockey goalie so i need good endurance and explosive legs, good balance and great flexability .......would these tues and thurs and sat sessions work well with the lifting.

Tuesday.....20 minute jump rope .....sets of plyometrics

Thursday.....2 mile run, 10 mins jump rope (optional)
or
Saturday.....3-4 3min rounds on the heavy bag....jumping some rope
 
I would do the plyos on monday before you lift. the rounds at the heavy bag
after the lifting on friday and the rope jumping in the days between.
