At 5'10 and 255lbs 20% BF i would figure it would make more sense to cut then bulk up? Or should i bulk then cutt? Want to get on the right track, thanks~

IF anything I'd try ramping up your HPTA. Try PCT to lean out. Your HPTA has a direct effect on your thyroid gland. Perhaps if you get your balls rolling your thyroid function will pick up and you'll lose weight faster..
