Question...

I am going to take 45mgs of anavar each day during my next cycle. How would you guys take it? I am thinking 15mgs at 8am, 15mgs at 3pm, and 15mgs at 10pm. Does that makes sense to those of you that have experience with it?

I believe the half life is 9-12 hours so anywhere within that is effective. Some time orals based on waking/resting hormone levels and peak times (as with hgh) but I don't even pretend to understand those aspects to any degree that would let me use them to my advantage. As long as I get the right mgs each day I'm cool. LOL Three times daily should assure a steady blood concentration for sure.

The half life of Anavar is indeed 9 hours. Your blood concentration will peak about 2 hours after you injest the var.

Every 9 hours after you take it your concentration will be cut in half. You do the math. But yes, 3 even dosages per day is ideal.
