I'm 20 years old, and i started lifted for the first time in September, actually Sept. 6, i sitll remember the day. Since then I have been going 4 days a week, and eating healthy. I have seen awesome gains and changes in my body. My question is, when i first started out I just wanted to have a body like the guys on the cover of Mens Health. For the past month, I haven't gone up any weight, although i've changed my routine and calorie intake. Do these cover models all take roids? and how are these guys cutt all the time? or do they just take off lot of weight before cover shoots? thanks for the time
