Sorry to bother you experts, but i want your advice since you all know a hell of alot more about gear. I work out occasionally nothing crazy, but im looking to get bigger fast. Ive heard not to just go on gear if your not a gym rat, but do you think I would regret doing a 5-10week cycle changing my diet and workout program towards gaining mass for that time period? I mean if I do everything correctly will I do more harm to myself than good? I have deca coming, but I havent conviced my self if Im actually gonna do it or not yet. If any of you would like to advise me on a cycle you think i should do for a quick mass gain please suggest it, or if you think i shouldnt touch gear for now def let me know. Thanks.
