Is it better to break up test into more frequent injection with less or less frequent injection with higher dose?

Well I was thinking rather than taking 250mg 2 times a week mon and thurs, just hit it up at 200 or a little less with two days between or thee times a week? Upping the dose just less but more frequent?

Need the age as well. Idk how many cycles have ran but test e twice a week is fine. Tren ace should be eod some people will do everyday injections. Can get by with it mon, wed, fri if makes it simpler to keep track of.

Test E 2x/week is fine. I like ED for tren ace but EOD is fine too.
