Question regarding T3 cycling.

I wanted to run a short T3 cycle while on AS to get rid of some fat around a certain area and a little bloat. I want to make sure there is no permanent damage to my thyroid after cessation of usage. So is there any safe T3 protocol any of you follow? I'm 5'8 202lbs 10-12% BF If that decides the dosage.
 
start out with 25mcg's run it for three to four days then up it 25mcg's every three to four days to achieve desired dose which is not to exceed 100mcg's per day. many get good results with much less like 50-75mcg's per day. Then you come off just as gradually as you went on decreasing your dose by 25mg's every three to four days to let your body adjust to coming off it so as not to shock your thyroid. It is very important to pyramid T3 up and down because failuire to do so can cause permanent damage to your own thyroid causing you to have to take this or synthroid(t4) for life. BE CAREFUL T3 isn't something to play with you have to be very specific on your cycling of T3.
 
I agree. Tapering is the most important aspect of proper t3 usage. If you taper up and down properly you can stay on for months and not have problems. The longer you're on, the longer the taper needs to be.
 
Thanks guys i'll take all of you're advise and taper. If i wanted to do 6 weeks could anyone give me a cycle they used?

Start off at 25 mcgs/day and increase the dose by one tab every 4th day until you reach a max of 100 mcgs/day. You probably won't need to go higher than that, unless you have a very slow metabolism.

6 Week T3

Days 1,2: 50mcgs
Days 3,4: 75mcgs
Days 5-11: 100 - 125mcgs
Days 11-13 : 125mcgs
Days 14-16 : 100mcgs
Days 17-19: 75mcgs
Days 20-22: 50mcgs
Days 23-28 : 37.5mcgs
Days 29-33 : 25 mcgs
Days 34-42 : 12.5 mcgs

TOTAL 6 weeks

Its the tapering off that you need to be very slow about, this is the most important aspect of the course.

ok, i'll clear this up right here. IT TAKES ALOT, AND I MEAN, A LOT TO CAUSE ANY PERMANENT DAMAGE TO YOUR THYROID. you can go up to 175mcg's for up to 2 weeks (not recommended unless you've used it before). the thyroid is a very, very strong gland that can bounce back very easily. here's what i would do for effiecent results. AND PLEASE TELL ME YOUR USING A BOARD SPONSER TO GET YOUR T3, CUZ IF YOUR GETTING OR HAVE MEXICAN T3, THROW IT AWAY, ITS JUNK!!!!!

week 1-2 50mcg's ed
week 2-3 75mcg's ed
week 3-4 100mcg's ed
week 4-5 125mcg's ed
week 5-6 100mcg's ed
week 6-7 75mcg's ed
week 7-8 50mcg's ed

i would also, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off throw in some clen with each week start at about 40-60mcg's ed and taping up throughout the 2 weeks. then on your "off" 2 weeks take an eca stack.

and i highly recommend during this cycle, YOU KEEP YOUR DIET IN CHECK AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. where as t3 is potent, you cannot cheat as often as opposed to say, DNP. just be sure training, cardio, and diet are spot on for the entire 2 months, mabye have 1-2 cheat meals per week just to keep you sane. good luck bro, hope this helps.

I agree with everything except that Mexican T3 is junk. I use, and have most of my clients use, it with great results. And no we don't need to overdose. It seems to be dosed right. I've tried Anc Guys' too and didn't notice a difference.
