ok, i'll clear this up right here. IT TAKES ALOT, AND I MEAN, A LOT TO CAUSE ANY PERMANENT DAMAGE TO YOUR THYROID. you can go up to 175mcg's for up to 2 weeks (not recommended unless you've used it before). the thyroid is a very, very strong gland that can bounce back very easily. here's what i would do for effiecent results. AND PLEASE TELL ME YOUR USING A BOARD SPONSER TO GET YOUR T3, CUZ IF YOUR GETTING OR HAVE MEXICAN T3, THROW IT AWAY, ITS JUNK!!!!!
week 1-2 50mcg's ed
week 2-3 75mcg's ed
week 3-4 100mcg's ed
week 4-5 125mcg's ed
week 5-6 100mcg's ed
week 6-7 75mcg's ed
week 7-8 50mcg's ed
i would also, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off throw in some clen with each week start at about 40-60mcg's ed and taping up throughout the 2 weeks. then on your "off" 2 weeks take an eca stack.
and i highly recommend during this cycle, YOU KEEP YOUR DIET IN CHECK AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. where as t3 is potent, you cannot cheat as often as opposed to say, DNP. just be sure training, cardio, and diet are spot on for the entire 2 months, mabye have 1-2 cheat meals per week just to keep you sane. good luck bro, hope this helps.
