Question on whey protein ....

Just bought my new why protein 27g of protein with water and 47 with 500ml skim milk... my first question is... does the skim milk itself (skim milk has 20g protein) boost the protein to 47 or does the skim milk help it get all the protein out and boost it to 47? Which one should i do?
Back ground information
235pounds from 275 another 35to lose... (will be taking the shake aproximately 4.15pm after workout)

Second question is serving suggestions... 2 scoops for 60kg, 3 for 80, 4 for 100... im in the 4 scoop bracket does this mean i will get double the protein? since the nutrients panel says 27g for 2 scoops

They may sound like silly questions but i want to do this right... K for anyone who helps..

yes 47g of potein are with the skim milk, ( 27g from whey and 20g from skim)

and again yes if you are taking 4 scoop then you are getting double the protein

good luck on the weight loss, you're half way there!

the guy above is right. it would make 47 g, but would digest slower with milk than with water. whey in water is a faster absorption process than milk or casein protein.
