question on whatman filters

I have a question on the whatman syringe filters. will the .45u filter catch everything when i filter through it? i normally use the .20u but they misshiped them this time and want to make sure I will be ok with the .45

I would only use a .2, but many have used the .4 with no problems.

Fina farm kits come with only the 0.45um filter and I've used those with no problems.

For my more recent powder conversions, I pre-filter with the 0.45, then filter a second time with a 0.20. I find that if I use a 0.20 the first time around it starts to plug after 20cc or so.
