Question on vitamin b5..

I just bought some today and am wondering how to use it. Each capsule i have is 500mgs of Pantothenic Acid. Also the lady who works there said I should be taking Pantethine and B-complex with it because they work synergetically...is this true??

so around 5-10 grams a day

i'm taking 3 grams the first week now 2 grms 2nd week holding at a gram 3rd week and my acne is almost dried up. I believe a maintanance dose after this would be 500 mgs . We'll see!!!

Try isotrex gel, as i have written in another thread, if it is for acne this stuff works like a beaut.

It was bad enough leaning back into a chair would pop the buggers .Worst i've ever had.
B5 is clearing it up, started seeing results in 4-5 days running 3 grams

Radar, do u just swallow 3 g's or do u divide the dose up??
