I have a few questions on the 5x5 workout. First say with the bench do you add weight every set or every week add 5 pounds? Also how mant days out of the week do you work out? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks
Say your doing just plates 135 you do all 5 sets to 5 reps with only the 135 the following week you add 5 pounds and do 5x5 again etc. 3 and 4 day splits are most common with 5x5ers.
