Question on DAY3 LEGS

Omega I can finally do Squats now with my new home gym :) :) This new setup is bad ass, looks cool too, dark yellow and black like a sports car, makes me want to workout every time I look at it, it is very beefy too, the steel tubes are like 4" square.

Anyways, you gave me this outline for DAY3 LEGS;

DAY 3 LEGS

5 sets of Normal Squats
5 sets of Higher rep wide stance squats

finish with Crunches ( 5 sets of 25)

So first one is 5sets of normal squats, what does that mean ?? and then 5sets of wide stance squats, how wide should my feet be ?? Oh and the 5x25 Crunches, I haven't done crunches in few years, this will be really fun the first time in a while :chomp:

What if I do;

- 5sets Smith Squats (reps don't go below 12 ? ) 25,15, 12,12,12 ??

- 5sets Leg Curls (same reps as above ? )

- 5sets of Crunches x 25ea
 
5 sets of Smith Squats ( useing our conventional rep schema in the Black Swan piece )

5 Sets Stiff Leg Deadlifts OR ham string curls you pick ( useing our conventional rep schema in the Black Swan piece )

3 sets of Higher 15-20 reps wide stance squats ( ONLY the 3/4ths Mid range) so it almost like a Brutal series of half squats


finish with Crunches ( 4 sets of 25) NICE and SLOW as if each rep is flexing on stage


this is best for you based on your new equipment
