question on cycle D-bol/ DECA/ SUST??

planning on doing an 8 week cycle of d-bol, sust and deca came up with this schedule PLEASE help me out and MAKE CHANGES if needed

week 1
d-bol- 30 mg ED
omnadren 250 - 500 mg
deca- 200mg
week 2
d-bol- 40 mg ED
omnadren 250 - 750 mg
deca- 200mg
week 3
d-bol- 40 mg ED
omnadren 250 - 750 mg
deca- 200mg
week 4
d-bol- 40 mg ED
omnadren 250 - 750 mg
deca- 200mg
week 5
d-bol- 30 mg ED
omnadren 250 - 750 mg
deca- 200mg
week 6
omnadren 250 - 500 mg
deca- 200mg
winny 50mg ed
week 7
winny 50mg ed
deca 200 mg
week 8
winny 50mg ed
deca 200 mg
 
Everyone's got an oppinion (hopefully educated) about what a good cycle should be...

My first cycle was like this:
8 weeks of sust at 500mg per day and 400mg deca (Tornell nor-200, which is under dosed) per day. 30mg d-bol for first 4 weeks and 15mg the 5th week. I gained 30lbs of muscle and water (probally 12lbs was water).

If you researched your stuff I wouldn't change your cycle due to other peoples oppinions like you are asking. Rather, I would take what they say with a grain of salt, and see if their opinion is worth changing your cycle over.

My opinion is that you are wanting to take too much of the 17aa drugs (winny/d-bol), and perhaps should keep the sust at 500mg the whole time. And take the sust and deca at the same times because they both will take 3-4 weeks to leave your system, thus giving you a good time to start your post cycle therapy (Which you aren't talking about and is as important as the steroids you are taking).

Also, I shouldn't do this, but I am assuming that this is your first cycle (Correct me if I am wrong). Really, you aren't giving us enough info to help you out totally.

Anyway, hope this helps you a bit.
 
well this is my second cycle , ive done a cycle of d-bol and test cyp for 5 weeks that went well but im looking for bigger gains, and i do have clomid for post juice therapy
 
Also if someone can give me a good 6-day workout excluding a leg day, i want a good workout when im on the gear, i want a change from my past workouts
 
ok how bout this

week 1-8 omna 500 or 750 keep the dose the same no matter what dose you choose. and running less than 8 weeks should not be an option since the full effect wont kick in till week 3-4.
week 1-5 dbol
week 1-8 deca 200-300mg/wk...200mg might be a tad low.
week 7-11 winny 50mg/day...i think this is the lowest dose for the lowest time that should be ran.
week 12-14 clomid

doing the winny this way will take you straight into the clomid.

what do you think?
 
do u think the first thread i posted is fine , besides the winstrol dosage. And what is the d-bol dosage that i should take from weeks 1-5 you left it out.
 
what jc21 said. Great suggestion from a knowledgeable bro.

Add Liquidex at 1mg/ED and make SURE you have Nolvadex on hand.
 
I would stay away fomr a 6 day workout. do three days on and one day off separating your chest and shoulder workout by at least a day.
 
Keep the Omna's at the same level throughout. If anything, I'd do more the first week to frontload it. But just keep it where it's at.

In regards to the 6 day workout. I did this during my cycle and it worked out great. Do everything once a week except for your lagging body parts which you can hit 2x week (light one day).

I did:
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Arms
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Back
Saturday - light legs and arms (both lagging body parts)

I also did this because of time constraints. I don't have the time to hit chest and tri's hard and heavy in the morning before work. So I just focused on one body part at a time.
