ok i was at 220 when i frist started school.then i was like i want to get more leaned up so after my workouts i would do abs 5 days a week with cardio 5 days a week for 20 mins a day and i started to get leaned up but lose size with it wtich sucks balls am at 200 right now. now that i lost the fat i want to put on clean mass so i have to start eating more and lifting heavy agian and now am only doing abs mondays and wednesday and no cardio but what i was thinking should i at least do some cause i dont want my fat to go back up so let me know how many days a week i should do cardio and for how long
