question on AI and dosage for cycle

hey to all,

my stats before i forget lol
6'3 210lb off cycle right now so bf% prob around 10 to 12% i stay fairly lean. trying to bulk a bit so diet isnt as strong or disciplined as spring and summer or on cycle.
my next cycle coming up will be 5th and have tried most aas from dbol to test and winnie to test and eq etc. fav by far is primo!
My questions are in my previous cycles towards the remaining weeks ive experienced nipple soreness and sensitivity, i always have an ai on hand but i guess i just hadnt perfected my doses yet. i do get a lil paranoid about that as most do lol, so this time around i wanna make sure i do things right without lowering my estro levels to much and killing the libido etc. For my cycle comn up i have on hand test 300 20ml and ill prob throw in some eq if i can find, i have some nolvadex 10mg and just got a half of a bottle of letro at 2.5mg. Will have clomid within a few days. Need to know dosage on the letro to keep sides away. Or should i just use the nolva and keep the letro on hand incase sides pop up. If i do use the letro, how soon do i start before cycle? been on this site for a year now and always appreciate the great advice and help. looking forward to your opinions and help, and always lookn forward to getn big fellas ...once again thanks

I would go daily with the LETRO at first perhaps 1.25mg or a little lower and adjust accordingly to how
you respond.

Why the letro? Do you not have any luck with others(a-dex or aromasin). Letro is really strong shit man. If your worried about completely suppressing esto then this would prolly not be the AI of choice. I'm running exemestane (aromasin) at 6.25mg EoD right now. I'll up if needed. I'm on 30mg d-bol ED and 400mg test/wk. Its keeping the water weight off and seems to be doing just fine and I can continue to run it right through PCT where as Letro you can not you will get rebound if you do the same goes for A-dex thats why I like Aromasin. Letro is so strong that it can actually reverse gyno man! Anyways just my two cents I'm not a huge power poster or a mod but I've done alot of research man.

I agree completely, either follow something similiar with his aromasin dosage or try 0.5mg adex mon/wed/fri during your cycle (or EOD) whichever will be easier for u to remember and maintain consistency.

i see your points completely. the letro was available thru a friend, so convenience was my main concern. ive tried arimidex before and it seemed like i still had the light sides. possible my arimidex was bunk because last time until i grabbed some nolvadex to combat, then it went away. or maybe my dosage on the dex wasnt high enough. i just want to avoid estro problems at all cost, so if i keep the letro at the lowest possible dosage but still keeping it effective. i hope ill be alright. just havent decided if i should just run the nolva all the way thru and say fuck the letro, and just have it on hand? opinions?

If you run an AI correctly you shouldnt need the nolva bro. And a little sensitivity in the nips doesnt meen your gonna have gyno next week so dont spas out but dont take it lightly either. You wanna suppress esto enough to avoid sides but if you suppress it to much it will hinder gains and dry you out. Just cause forma stanzol is legal doesnt meen it doesnt work and you can order from Mr.Supps. 5 pumps am and 5 pumps pm and then you could keep your letro on hand just in case. And you can also run the forma stanzol right into PCT as well it has also been shown to up free test levels too.
