Ok so I just did Monday and Wednesday of my first week of 5x5. I felt that I used too much weight for squats on monday 5x5, so on Wednesday I only did 3x5 since I was still sore from Monday.
Is this a big deal? Basically I am just going to lower my weight a little bit for squats.
For the volume phase could I just keep incrementing week by week until I can't successfully complete the 5x5 reps, then go into deloading phase?
