ME and my friend are the same size and shape and we had an arm wrestle yesterday IT looks like I have bigger Arms then me but he always beats me does anyone no why this could of happened?
I also weight more and can bench more then him and normally I am stronger then him but he can only beat me in a arm wrestle.

I wouldn't let it bother you, I can't arm wrestle for shit either...It's probably like anything else in life, the more you do it the better you will get at it.

Its tecqnique, some small dudes can lock arm. I seen a big dude accually break a compound fracutre from another dude who had locked. He broke his forearm in pieces from the strengh.

As DG said, it's all technique, size plays a factor but not a big one.....
