Question..help please..

I dont know where else to post this so here it goes:

I have been lifting for about 10 months now and have been taking the usual, creatine, protein, glutamine and vitamins. I will be taking M1T and was curious as if I should keep on taking the cretine and glutamine while taking the M1T for the 2-week cycle? thanx in advance.
 
I used it a while ago- had some decent gains, but lost it all when I quit (I should have done pct- which I did not). Research PCT "post cycle therapy" forum, even for M1T, it's important. Read, ask, read, ask, decide- take care
 
No offense to those who recommended that this guy take steroids, I've read your posts before and you seem like good bros. However, I can't believe your telling this guy he should just start using steroids. He is still unsure how to take OTC supps, do you really think he is ready for aas. Besides, you have no idea what his training history is.

I think N1tro initial post was supposed to be sarcastic (at least I hope so) Anyone that would reccomend juice to someone who has been training less then 1 year needs to do a little more research themselfs.
DrBalazo, I have used M1t and did like the results but the sides are just as bad as any type of AAS I have ever used. Stick to the creatine, glutamine ect...get your diet in order and keep busting your ass in the gym. You should be able to make some solid gains doing that. After you have a couple more years of training under your belt then you could consider the use of anabolics if you so wish.

bro i would recommend doing some research on m1t way before taking it it has some prety bad sides but it does work and its mad cheap or at least was check out the supplement board there are lots of threads about m1t hope this helps and be safe peace
 
guys, thank you very much for your responses. A lot of help it has done to me and yes, I do not want to take steroids, at least not right now since I have so little time training. The only reason I was curious about M1T was because I was doing research on it and found out exactly what you guys are saying, some say it works, some say it doesnt but everybody has something to say about its side effects. I guess I will just stick to Creatine, Protein, Glutamine and vitamins for now and for once follow someone elses advice on abstenance from M1T for now untill I am more ready for it or any other thing..thanx a lot guys and I am looking forward to seeking more help from you all.
 
i did m1t at like 25 mg/day for 4 weeks. didnt get ANY sides at all. took some milk thistle because i drink a shitload and didnt want to kill the ole liver. anyways i did the cycle and gained maybe 5 lbs. shortly after i got my diet in line and started eating my ass off and really pushing myself in the gym and gained 10 lbs in the same amount of time without losing any of it. my advice, fuck m1t.
