i am new to all this, ive been working out about 6 months and im trying to lose weight and gain some lean muscle. i still have about 20 lbs to lose and i just got ahold of an 8 week cycle of norma decas. my question is would i see any real results from doing this now or should i wait til i lose as some more weight? im 5'9 230 right now my strength is good but i need to lean up. sorry if this is a dumb question but its hard to find search fro this kind of info
