Question for all Methyl-D users???

Is there any inherent benefit in splitting up the dosage throughout the day (like 3mg in the morning, 3mg at night)? Or is it okay to take it all in one shot? Also....if it's not a problem taking them at once, should it be before you train (I train in the evening) or in the morning?
 
i used DS @ 3mg ed, at lunch, this was before the dosage was found to be too low, but i still gained a solid 8lbs, very solid
 
Thanks for the response bro. Yeah...I've read that the doses need to be higher. I've started at 5mg ed and plan on increasing. Nothing noticeable yet...but then again it's only been 3 days. How many mg's are recommended now?
 
i think its around 6
it takes a little bit to kick in, but i started to feel a lil stronger and started gaining after about a week
 
who has tried it with what results?
what doses and for how long?
any side effects?
what kind of pct is needed?
