currently im at 6% bf. for a few weeks i went pretty crazy with the cardio and diet to cut down before my next cycle. this week i began my test/tren/winny cycle and have a question. would u guys think it would be necessary to keep up the cardio or now that im down to a bf level that im happy with just stick to a clean diet, cut out the cardio, and lift heavier and build up lean muscle? i realize these arent magic drugs and i really gotta stay focused on the task at hand but how important is cardio now to keep bf levels at bay and gain?

k to anyone for advice.

What are your goals? if you're trying to gain mass, keeping up the cardio will not be a good idea. On the other hand, if you're trying to stay lean and hard, you should stick to the clean diet/cardio.

goals: trying to gain as much strength as possible and build lean mass but keep bf down. mostly lookin for strength without the fat and bloat.

I think its good to do at least a little bit of cardio no matter what your goals are, even when bulking i find it beneficial to do it two or three times a week even if only 15 min or so at a time, that way when you do get back to doing it a lot its not such a shock, and it doesn't hurt to be cardiovascularly healthy either. Maybe just cut back to say 20 min 3 times a week

nieve means snow in spanish.

Anyhow, i guess you want to gain muscle, but with very little or no fat, since youre at 6%bf, right?

If you got at that level youll have accept to -temporarily- gain some fat in order to gain significant muscle, theres no way around it.

With test/tren/winny and a moderate diet youll not gain much fat.
Best to do cardio when on a low calorie diet.
Theres no benefit eating big to gain and doing cardio, since they cancel each other.

if you're @ 6%, i don't think you're in any danger of getting fat. 6% is lean bro.

make sure you eat enough calories. if you don't exceed your mantinece calories regularly, you're not going to grow. excessive cardio will be counter productive.

eat big, eat frequently. keep it clean, you'll be fine.

.5 mg adex a day will keep the bloat away.
