I would just stick with the basics; push ups, pull ups, free squats. You can still pull off 5x5's with those. You can even have someone sit on your back for the push-ups or on your shoulders for the squats.

hopefully i can find something to use for pulls and chins.. putting someone on my shoulders for squats is a good idea.. ill just have to use a wall...

Assuming that you're running the DF version and also assuming that you can be back at your normal routine for Wednesday then you'll be missing one workout. It's not ideal that it's a week 3 PR workout but you'll have two choices as I see it:

a) just skip the workout and work extra hard to get yourself loaded, maybe do all of your Friday exercises at 5x5;

b) effectively redo part of week2 and then push hard the next two weeks thus stretching out your volume phase to 5 weeks instead of 4.

What's this doing in C&C? :)

When I went out on missions or field ops, I had to find ways to keep the workouts going. I even used 10 gal fuel cans and tree branches for bench presses.

I just spotted your link to your SingleFactor log. I guess you can ignore what I wrote above since you're not running DualFactor. If you miss Monday's workout then either repeat the previous week's weights or bump them by a small amount, maybe half-way to what you would have bumped to.

Stickfigure's suggestions sound good.
