hey guys. i worked out from january till about may 3-4 times a week. since then ive only worked out maybe once or twice a month, yet my pecks continued to keep growing after i stopped workin out, and i stopped takin my protein too. when i went back to the gym i hit the weights mad light and i was hurting like crazy and still got the crazy pump. can anyone explain this? im planning to start workin out 3-4 times a week next week which is hard cuz my gym is only open four times a week.
