Question about ZIP

Since it's been said that a low carb diet tends to reduce your own thyroid production would taking ZIP counteract this? Will it keep thyroid function at an optimal level while on low carbs? Would it also be a good idea to take ZIP while on T3 (if you've already decided to go that route)? Say, you take T3 on a 4 days on/3 days off protocol while taking ZIP everyday. Do you think this would prevent or lessen any shutdown or reduced thyroid function and
enhance or speed up recovery after going off the T3 (all the while continuing with ZIP)?

That's all too tough to say with any certain. I'd be lying if told you I know exactly waht is going to happen under those circumstances. At any rate, the ZIP can't hurt.

A bit of a limp response from such a crass and shameless promoter of PF's products (j/k)

I'm going to give ZIP a try anyway. I can only cut so much fat and don't want to cut back on protein more than a gram/lb of bodyweight so the calories has to come from somewhere -- which means less carbs. But low carbs effect thyroid function so we are all doomed to a life of obesity.

The answer to that, my friend, is not less calories but more calories burned. And I ain't suggesting cardio. Use the ZIP and increase your training frequency, keeping rest between sets to less than minute. You'll have less fat. I guarantee it.

What! More work? Fonz is right, you are fifty years behind the times! If it doesn't come in a pill, a bottle or a shot combine with intense non-effort to achieve near instant results then phooey! You're in the wrong generation, homeboy. And to think that you look so young.
