While on my cycle I ate around 4000 calories a day. And got up to 189lbs from 173lbs. Now, 7 weeks later I'm about 183-184lbs. I slowly reduced calories to about 3500calories a day. I've been using clen post-cycle, 2 weeks on/2weeks off. Will this account for much weight loss even though I didn't drop calories too excessivley? You must eat more in a cycle to grow, but during odd time I consume about 500 calories less a day. My waist is still 34' up from 33': ( My strength is pretty much the same with a few a little improvement here and there. I don't wanna lose any more weight. Do you think the clen caused any weight loss even though calories weren't really restricted? I haven't done any cardio, but will start soon, too hopefully bring my waist down a little and just keep in general good health. I don't plan on dropping any more calories.
