Question about Var, can someone please help

Hi, I've been a member for several months now, and finally decided to ask a question. I will be starting Var next Monday and my husband got me the 5mg (capsules) of Var. I told him that after researching, listening to other comments from other users, that I should stick to doing the 5mg for the entire 6 weeks. He thinks that it is not enough because of it being mild, that I should do 10mg. My husband has done gear with good results but like I told him, I am a female not a male and I would rather get correct info from a female that has the knowledge of the dosage.

My exercise routine is as follows:

During my lunch hour
, I work one body part each day then do 35 minutes of cardio.
After work, I do the elliptical for another 60 minutes. Everyother day I do my stomach routine.

Food Intake:
9:00 am Protein shake and 1 cup of strawberries

11:00 am Can of chicken in water with a handful of almonds/walnuts

1:30 pm Grill 1 chicken breast with 1 cup of whole grain brown rice and a bag of Steam Fresh bag vegetables.

3:30 pm Either a protein shake or fatfree yogurt with some nuts.

7:00 pm Grilled chicken breast with vegetables.

Drink at least 90 oz of water EVERYDAY.

I know this thread is long but can someone advise me on the proper amount of using var. This will be my first time using gear.

I would stick with 5 mg being a virgin to A A S you will make gains off that little however cycle needs to be longer then 6 weeks it should be about 12 weeks IMO.

What is your heigh weight and bf%? Your diet looks pretty good just need to put it perspective with your current size. Also why so much cardio do you have a competition coming up?

I am 5'4" and currently at 142 lbs. When I go to the gym tonight I will have my bf% checked. About year ago I had knee surgery and from not being able to move around I gained alot of weight. The reason I am doing so much cardio is so that I can get leaner as well as take off sum of this weight. I am starting to see my hard work paying off. I feel that when I start the var and continue with my plan but kick it up a notch with the weights, I will hopefully see some dramatic changes. I appreciate your help and will post my results.

Ok please know the V A R is not a fat burner and it could in fact add weight to you both via water retention and muscle gains so you can't focus only on the weight scale the best indicator would be you bf% mirror and how clothes fit. Doing the amount of cardio you are now with out and A A S will actually cause you to lose muscle if you protein intake is not high enough. There is for sure some more room in your diet to make little tweaks which will help with your progress. When you get a chance put your daily intake in there and let us know your macro break down we can help a little further with your diet.

I began taking oxandrolone May 3...I am not doing any cardio at all!
What??? Yes you may have your eyeballs popping out like mine would have been before.
I could not conceive the idea of life and food weights and no cardio...
I lost most of the mini muscle I had due to not working out...(blah blah blah)

I have had issues with estrogenic fat and low LBM...which result in "ugly" fat appearance.
The only way to gain LBM -for me- I think others too, but cannot talk for them...
Is eat clean and lift hard...
No way I can gain if I lift heavy and not have enough protein...
or Vice versa...
I have also learned cardio -endurance, long distance...etc...athletes-
CANNOT have muscle....body knows best....
Sprinters on the other hand have great muscles and power...

My goal is gain LBM, and then cut...of course my gain is clean food...
One cheat a week...

I'm prepping myself before I take the Anavar - oxandrolone - that is why so much cardio. My main focus is to build muscle. I would like to see more of it on me. I'm not too concerned with my weight. My husband keeps saying the same thing you said which is "stop worrying about your weight and go by how your clothes fit", which I finally am doing. I will get on www.fitday.com. Plus, I know that I will have to increase my daily caloric intake if I intend to build muscle. Tonight at the gym I will get that bf% test and will know where I stand at.

You can start with the 5mg and if you are not having any sides you can always increase to the 10mg later on. You can run var longer than 6 weeks, but that is up to you.
 
Pretty much what QT said. I'd also be sure to include some acidophilus - any A A S can tend to upset the good bacteria 'down there' and result in yeast infections or vaginosis.

I disagree actually. I've lost fat on 'var with no changes in cardio or diet, and the majority of medical literature supports the idea that var will make you lose fat. It's a fat burner.

I know we'd like to say "steroids don't burn fat" but that's just total bullshit.
 
I have lost body fat from taking oxandraone and not changing my changing my diet or cardio as well, I have just started another cycle now of 10mg, after just having had my 3rd baby at Christmas time.
I can't wait to start training again and not feeling so dam weak!
