I want to be a pro: Arm wrestler, but i have been training for about 1 year every muscle part chest, bie's, tries, legs, back , and calves but for some reason the weakest people beat me? like people that dont even work out and im way bigger then them? is it my skill that i just suck at it or is it that im weak hehe thanks fellas
