Im taking neurogenex(2pills) in the morning, 1trex,2 liporexin, 1 cap of vitamin C all at once.. this is the first thing i do when I wake up... should I space them out a little more lets say first take neurogenx then the rest or some other way? cause it doesnt look good when i take 6 pills all at once, i feel like a cow or something.
then later during the day i take trex 3 more times 1 cap at a time, and 2 lipos with trex 2 more times.
also i take 2 caps of glucorell r before i eat a big meal which is after i work out around 4 pm
