hey guys...i was registered here before and didnt like my name so now im back. i was a lurker and never really posted.
im in this rouch touch football league and want to gain more speed/quickness. im quick off the line but my sustained speed is not fast. so are there any suggestions on things i should be doing? maybe lifting or running wise? i think if i ran more sprints i would obviously be quicker and faster but how about lifting wise?
